- LPL Ann John Patter6 days ago1.0I am writing to document the consistently poor service at the Waynesboro UPS store, stemming from deliberate rudeness by certain staff members. On 5/23/26 late afternoon, I experienced disrespectful behavior from a female associate who ignored my greeting, refused any eye contact, and dropped my receipt on the counter after I was forced to request it. I previously witnessed this same associate be incredibly rude toward an elderly customer to the point that another customer in the store intervened. The attitudes at the Waynesboro location are so bad, I hate to go in there. There is one younger employee with long reddish hair & glasses who is excellent. Other associates (one in particular) provide a hostile environment. Additionally, staff frequently wear unprofessional attire (pajamas) and have children in the work area. This location urgently needs corporate intervention to correct their attitude toward customers. Local management is aware and the behavior continues.
