I expected lower expectations, but definitely was not the case. The walk-in was easy and fast. I highly recommend using the Waverly Co. US Post office. It was worth the drive.

I needed a new passport for my teenage daughter. I was happily greeted by Emily at the counter. She not only helped me out with my questions about the application, but; was both patient and polite while I was getting together the “necessary forms of ID”. This could have been a very frustrating and embarrassing situation at any other post office, but; I was assured not to worry. Although my appointment should have lasted just 15 minutes (mine took an hour) I never felt rushed. My son saved the day, arriving at the post office with the official birth certificate, in bare feet! Again, we were treated with both dignity and respect. We also met a fine gentleman who has worked at that same post office for over 25 years! Now that should say something! I definitely recommend Waverly post office for not only a friendly/smooth passport experience, but; for all your holiday/postal needs!
