Place can be real busy on weekends with passports but they’re usually pretty good about separating lines for that and mail related items. They’ve been great so far.

I've lived here in Virginia for about 3 years now, and every single time I order a package they never fail to lose it. They mark it as delivered and at my mailbox and every single time i go to check, it is not there. I have reported over thousands of dollars worth of stuff missing and they never know what happened to it. They never answer the phone when I call, and all they can tell me when I go in is "we'll look for it." My parents, and neighbors have also had the same issue with the post office not delivering packages but marking them as delivered on the tracking. I wouldn't be surprised if they're stealing people's packages. At what point do they become responsible for their negligence??? Absolutely the WORST post office I have ever dealt with.
