It took 5 minutes for anyone to walk over the the counter at all. Not the end of the world, but when an employee did finally come over he had such an attitude before I could even open my mouth. He then scanned my barcode and threw my box on the counter as if I was annoying him. When I said I had something else to pick up he treated me like an idiot for not realizing I needed to also go stand in line at the copy center, too. I was shocked by how he treated me and then I even heard him making fun of me to the lady behind me in line. I’ve only left two reviews online in my life. This is the second. If you can, avoid the Warrenton Staples. Horrible.

I called tonight, on hold for 2 minutes, the lady picks up and asks to put me on a brief hold. i say sure and she hangs up and no call back. i called back 30 minutes later and at first she couldn’t find my order. Once she found it she said still in production and said i can either cancel it or wait. I decided to just cancel it because i needed it in 2 days. When i said cancel all she said was sorry about that and hung right up. I’m dissatisfied and very frustrated. Don’t order their wrapping paper.
