Happy with the assistance that every employee in the store offered me! In particular, a shout out to Faith, who walked me through the steps an old geezer like myself needs to take to return orders to Amazon and T-Mobile. Thank you Faith, and a thank you too, to your co-workers and your manager for everyone's willingness to help!

Every experience at this store has been incredibly disappointing. It started with Christmas cards that were advertised as same-day pickup. Instead, they over a month to be completed (after Christmas) when they were no longer needed. Advertising same-day is misleading and false marketing. More recently, I placed a print pickup order and waited in line for over 30 minutes while employees stood around talking and openly complaining about not getting lunch breaks because the store was busy. There was no sense of urgency to help customers, despite the long line that had been forming and only getting longer… Today was unfortunately more of the same. I stopped in to purchase printer paper, a new Apple Pencil, and a few other items. Again, I waited in line for over 30 minutes. Once I finally reached the register, instead of quickly retrieving the Apple Pencil that is locked up (under $100 item), I was asked to step out of line and get back in after the manager pulled the Apple Pencil but I said no that I had already waited and would like to be helped. At this point, it’s clear the issue isn’t just “being busy” it’s the flow and organization of the store. There needs to be a better system in place: dedicated registers strictly for checkout, a separate line with someone assigned specifically for Amazon returns, and another clearly marked line with staff assigned for print pickups. Having no structure creates frustration for everyone. I understand retail can be hectic, but organization, efficiency, and basic customer service should still be a priority. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short.

My mom and aunt went here yesterday to do amazon returns related to products for my grandfather’s care, who passed away earlier this week. They came organized and ready with the items that were being returned. The person doing their returns was extremely rude and complained the whole time because of the large amount of things being returned. My mom and aunt tried to stay positive during the experience, with my mom going as far to tell the worker that a little kindness would go a long way as everything they were returning was related to their father’s care who literally just passed. I kid you not, the man working the return desk replied that was not his problem and continued to complain. I am flabbergasted by this lack of not only customer service and lack of willingness to do his job, but also just basic human decency. When my mom told me about this experience it made me really upset. That was really the last thing they needed was for someone to be extremely rude to them for no reason at all. Please do better. 🩷

I would put zero stars for this store if i could. The store is always stocked with everything but the problem is the employees/managers and how they conduct business there. Two seperate times when I have placed an online business card order (of 500, double sided) and come at the pick up time it is never ready. The first time they claimed a machine was broken and they could get it ready for me in two hours. So I had to waste my gas and go back and forth. Then the second time, the manager claimed my image was not clear, but she did not call me ahead of my pickup time to ask me to come and approve the printed image. She said she would not print it for me that day but could have it the next day (which i couldn't get) and told me I could get a refund but would have to call a number to get so. So they no longer have my business. Last night my husband brought in an Amazon return, and the woman yelled at him from the door that if he had an Amazon return that they were not accepting them that day. Just a poorly run store unfortunately.

Awful service. I really don't like to write bad reviews but this was unbelievable that I NEED it to do it. We ordered online three portraits to be printed and were told they would be ready by 7:30 p.m. the next day. We received no message or update. When we went to the store by 5:20 pm the staff acted as if it was the first time they had seen our order. One employee said, “Oh, if you want, you can wait—it will take 20 minutes.” We agreed and clearly told him we would be back after the time he gave us. When my husband returned, the same employee was doing something else and asked my husband, “Oh… were you the guy from minutes ago?" like wait...what?.... He had completely forgotten our order! My husband patiently said he would come back the next morning to pick it up, no problem. And guess what? Nothing had been done by then either, like it was his first time there. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. We notice they were prioritazing the order from people arriving there and no actually online orders that have a TIME to be pick it up!!!! NEVER WE RECEIVED ANY UPDATE IN OUR EMAIL. We asked for our money back.
