It was not and they refused to file a claim and put a stipulation that I could not file a claim with UPS direct. They gave me the run around about the manager (Beverly) not being available or at the other location (Haygood). But she is never there either. They stopped answering the phone and the inside workers are very unhelpful or willing to help. Absolute worst decision to mail anything through them. If its an important item to you or the person you're shipping to...you better think twice and then go to FEDEX or USPS. I wish I could give a half star. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service.

Yes, we are suppose to get a big snowstorm, but it hasn’t started snowing yet and isn’t supposed to snow till midnight. So I’m not really sure on what conditions made them close early, especially when they were suppose to close today at five. This is really frustrating and a waste of people’s time.
