  DO NOT BUY WATER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I rented a cooler, and water delivery service from this company when it was ready fresh water. It worked great until Primo Water bought Ready Fresh water. Then the app wouldn’t work, the lost my account and account number. They delivered water even though it wasn’t scheduled to be delivered, and we never ordered any water. When we would schedule water for delivery they would skip our order, and not deliver it. We would call to complain sitting on the phone for a half hour or more waiting to talk to someone. Then they would apologize, and reschedule the skipped order. We told them we needed it to be delivered in the morning because my wife had to be here because I’m disabled. My wife has to to to work at 7:00 am, and she waited until 2:00 pm when she was told by her boss to come to work or she would be fired. She went to work, and it’s past 6:35 pm and they still haven’t delivered our water. I closed my account. I can by a better water dispenser on Amazon with an ice maker that’s better then the piece of junk I rented from them, and I can buy 5 gallons of water from the store for only 0.04 more whenever I need it without the hassle and headache of this company. Anyone who gets water from this company is a moron.
