He’s so calm and cheerful and makes each customer feel satisfied. Anytime I have to hop on line I always watch how good he is with his customer service skills. Every office needs more employees like him!!!!

I asked how would I know that and was told "using self service you wouldn't know but I'll credit you for the postage you already paid for". Guess I should have spent the 20 minutes in line the week before.
