And I had the pleasure of getting helped by the young lady, Johnnelle. She was very welcoming and her energy was everything. She went above to help me with getting my package sent the correct way and in a timely fashion. I will say in the past this was one of the worst post offices I ever visited but I can definitely see change now.

After several attempts to alert my PO that the forwarding order was for an individual, not a family - my frustration grew when I received a message that my third package was forwarded. After PO visits, emails and phone calls, I landed in Anthony's line. Anthony was very helpful and understanding and was able to calm down my disappointment with the handling of my delivery. He went above and beyond to alert me when my package arrived and held it until I was able to pick it up (35 mins from my PO). Thank you so much. I appreciate you for taking the time to acknowledge and help me.
