I yelled at him to slow down, and he waved but I did not witness him slowing down. The speed limit here is 25 mph. This is unacceptable and violates safety of children and pedestrians in this area. USPS doesn’t make contacting them easy by phone whether I call the 800 number or the local number, so maybe a public announcement is what you’re after. SLOW DOWN IN THESE NEIGHBORHOODS!
