I just moved into the neighborhood and had to set up keys for a mailbox and hold mail. Both times the PO was BUSY, but i was in and out quickly. The staff is fast at what they do and have been friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely terrible. Had a line of over 35 people with one employee. She was forced to clock out before the second employee came back from lunch break. Additional employee came in about 40mins in (looking surprised at the line/lack of urgency) but would only help those picking up a package. I was there for over an hour to simply get stamps because of the poor shift management on a Friday afternoon. The one worker who stayed as long as she could/10 hrs was kind however, this is not a review of her, but of coverage management.

Always busy but they have the friendliest staff. And all of their staff has been there a long time so it's really nice going in there and them calling you by name. They also are very knowledgeable about pricing and everything to do with shipping.

Highly unprofessional staff, gaslighting customers if they have any sort of request and sharing unwelcome and unwanted political views for all on the floor to endure.

I have never filed a complaint before but these people are highly unprofessional. I was suppose to have a package delivered that had to be signed in order to be delivered at 6:50 pm yesterday which was stated on my email I got from them. Instead of coming 6:50 pm, they came at 10:45 a.m. and I wasn't at home to sign for it because I was at work. They then send me an email saying sorry we missed you, reschedule your delivery. So I went on there website and did just that. They had an option for customer pick up, so that the option I chose, then they had me to pick a date and time when I would be picking it up and I put that I would pick it up on 12/6/2025 at 1pm. I then call customer service to confirm that they have me down in the system as picking my order up 12/6/2025 at 1pm and they said yes and sent me a reminder of picking my order up from the post office on 12/6/2025 at 1pm. I go up there today, get there at 12:30 give them my tracking number, show them the email, along with my ID and they tell me that my package isn't there that it's out for delivery again and Im like WHAT? Why would it be out for delivery when I specifically said and got it confirmed that I was picking it up. So then I had to cancel my plans to rush back home and sit here like a hostage to wait for the post man to redeliver my package because signatures is required. I am highly upset and frustrated because this shouldn't have happened if they followed procedure and redelivery instructions.
