- JLJackson Lightheart2 days ago1.0I have had endless issues with this post office but this one takes the cake. I placed a label wrong and asked if it was okay, it wasnt, which is fine. She proceeds to tell me I HAVE to legally put a return address. You can find these laws publicly online, its not. She refused my package. A 1.9oz tiny yellow padded envelope, not even half an inch thick and paid for it too, twice. When I explained ive sent these this way before with no problems they said its a "job thing". This is ridiculous. At least educate your employees to know the laws of their "job things". I have never been required to have a return address, to pay $10 for an envelope AND REFUSED. For 0 reason, they were dead. No one was there, dont worry tho they were loud enough for me to hear about her "friends useless boyfriend" and family drama. Which proceeded even after I walked up. She was so rude. Older black woman, with an afro i think it had color in it as well.
