I asked for a bubble mailer, a pen and a custom forms because they don’t have anything on their counter. Why she act like I am an inconvenience? Also, she was nice to the person in front of me and when it was my turn she was so rude. The place is also filthy. Maybe next time just get rid of those people and provide it to people that are in need and will do their job.

The last few packages due to be delivered where looped through 23452,sent to 23454,23462,and then back. Twice important parcels were delivered to the wrong address. Our mail has recently (the last six months or so) included other people's personal and important correspondence. The streets weren't even been correct. I'm not sure what the issue is but I hope it gets resolved quickly. Some don't live in a community that will bring mail or packages to their neighbors. It's happening too frequently. Sadly, they are failing on multiple fronts. You can sign up for an account and view images of your mail as they pass through the system. Not available with packages unfortunately. The last important package was buried in the back of the driver's truck and had I not walked up to speak with him, that would have been gone as well.
