- GGG GJan 2, 20261.0Woman working today 1/2/26 4pm was so rude and impatient with me. UPS must have low standards for customer service. I brought in 2 items that needed to be “customer packed” and usually I bring in shipping bags for those, she rushed and said she was going to charge $1 for each piece of tape to close them. I tried to pause her because I’d rather do that on my own- also I’ve never been charged for that before. She declined my request to not go through with that purchase and I was charged $2 which I basically had to agree to. I told her at the end I did not want to go with that option since I have tape at home. She made a comment about me thinking about buying things online and needing to return them, basically putting me in my place. I was speechless. Customers noticed and apologized on my way out. One star for actually getting my packages where they need to go.
