    The employee in this branch are very lazy. They ask you to use the kiosk to do an amazon return when it takes them literally 2 seconds to scan the barcode.

    The customer service provided by the older gentleman was absolutely atrocious. He was very rude about the spelling of my name and made a nasty comment stating "that is not an American name." I was pretty shocked to hear this because the man has a thick accent... one minority being rude and discriminative to another. make it make sense. I'm here to drop off a package, not be criticized. I completely understand why there as so many bad reviews for this business especially pertaining to customer service.
