    $5 computer fee to print two pieces of paper? Absolutely ridiculous. I was charged $7.43 just to print two simple pages. No special services, no color printing, just black and white. The staff failed to mention the cost beforehand and only brought it up after I had already asked for the prints. They should have communicated the price upfront, and I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that won’t overcharge for something so basic. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else for printing.

    the guy insisted upon a review, however he was quite rude and unwelcoming. not that deep because it is just a UPS store and the workers are just doing a job, but it is customer service and kindness is cool.

    All I needed was one small strip of tape for a return. The tape gun was right there. We just moved her for the military. We had to pay for our own move, totally broke. They refused me one strip of tape and wanted me to buy a 7 dollar roll of cheap tape for a 20 dollar return. Screw this place. Can't even use one strip of tape to help a struggling service member. Never coming here again. P.S. before you come at me with some bs response I went to the ups store 2 miles from you and they helped me. I don't need your excuses.
