- MGMaya GarciaNov 12, 20251.0Please just apply to the actual company! I do not recommend IG. Despite multiple requests for help, I received little support and had to handle most issues myself. I was advised to accept a below-market salary and later learned it was indeed too low. There was no real guidance during my assignment or final interview, and I had to remind them about deadlines they should have managed. A promised course reimbursement (I had in writing) was withdrawn after I’d already paid, leaving me with the expense. When I asked recruiter Josh about it, he got defensive instead of trying to find a solution. Their healthcare plan is also SO BAD—$600/month for just ONE PERSON, very high premiums, a $4,000 deductible, AND still high costs even after meeting it. After what was suppose to be a 6 month trial period, it got extended almost 2 months because they didn't turn things in on time. Then the job description and end goal pay was not accurate. Overall, I felt misled and unsupported - just another person to place so they can get the conversion fee. The actual place I worked with was great - just poor logistics.
