  Let me tell y'all, please go see Mr Herb at this FedEx location. The traffic flow is a little wonky, so that it sits right in front of a stop sign. I was hesitant to stop there because I had a huge package and didn't know if I could carry it in considering it was stop the flow of traffic. Mr Herb was wonderful enough to come out and help me to bring the package inside with his bare hands, I thought this was wonderful customer service and for that he gets five stars thank you so much for knowing what it takes to serve your customers well this is a great reflection on FedEx as a whole

  I have an account with FedEx, I went to this place 2 different days … first day the woman was UNKIND when I asked some question about the shipping, today I went back for and she had an attitude… I USED to go to that PLACE before AND THEY were 2 guys super helpful….. town center area;

  Candance was great and did the best she could. Unfortunately, she was the only employee working all day. Line got to 10 people at one point with one guy sending 12+ boxes. They should really have more than one person working here especially at 3 PM

  Evan couldn't be bothered to look up from the sticker he was cutting out to help me redirect my package. Just told me to keep waiting on hold with the automated phone service.

  Horrible. Paid through the nose for a large, time-sensitive package to be delivered the next day and it was not. Now they are giving me the run around about reimbursement. Do not use FedEx or go here, their "guarantees" are meaningless.
