  This is the best Fed Ex I have ever been to , and I e been to them all o er the country for work . Rick was the man , and got some difficult jobs done fast and in a professional manner. If you ever need copy work done , this is the place to do it !

  I'm assuming they have a policy where they are not allowed to assist customers with bringing in their packages? I went to the store at Landstown Commons over the weekend to return equipment back to my job I had a lot of boxes a couple of them were pretty big my son loaded them all up in my car for me.. when I arrived at FedEx there were zero customers in the store only the young man Dallas was working by himself I asked if he could assist me with some boxes he flat out told me no he was not allowed to leave the front desk but mind you there were zero customers in the store and I was parked immediately in front of the store he didn't even offer to hold the door for me as I struggled to pick up boxes to put on a crate which is the only thing he offered me was the crate which he pointed at from his desk that he was afraid to leave from behind as if he was glued to it. I would just like to say thank you so much to the customer who came into the store while I was there with three little babies all three were under the age of four she placed all of them back in her car to assist me loading up my boxes and she also held the door for me the young man Dallas didn't even offer to do that then another young fellow who works at FedEx walks past me into the store I asked him did he work there so I could ask for his assistance to at least hold the door for me he was fully dressed in FedEx clothes and blatantly told me he did not work there I'm not sure who raised these "boys" but if you see a customer especially a woman struggling to lift boxes the least you can do is offer to help... if it's a policy for FedEx that you are not allowed to do that you could have at least offered to hold the door for me while I struggled to push the crate inside the door with the huge boxes on it it's embarrassing boys are working representing FedEx that's a job for a real man who don't mind helping a customer and or a woman.

  This FedEx location went above and beyond for me. Dallas was incredibly nice and welcoming and was able to quickly help me send out my mail. I had to come back because I forgot to add something to the package and he recognized me, went straight to me to help out, and immediately got his supervisor to assist. She then helped me fill out the form because I had never done one before and made sure everything was packaged again. I wish I had gotten her name too, but I definitely appreciated their help! I definitely recommend this location.

  Apparently you have to wait 20 minutes to hand them a small package which is already labeled. Edit: Go to OfficeMax in the same shopping center for good service. They ship FedEx.
