THE SHORT, WHITE LADY WITH GLASSES WHO SAYS IS THE MANAGER COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHY I COULDN'T SHIP TO A PO BOX, WHEN I SHIPPED TO THE SAME ADDRESS THREE YEARS AND GOT CONFIRMATION THAT THEY RECEIVED IT, AND SHE HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE AND SAID "WELL, IT DIDN'T GET THERE". I WENT TO THIS PLACE MAYBE 15-20 TIMES BEFORE WITH ZERO PROBLEMS BUT NOT ANYMORE. THAT DISRESPECTFUL, NO PEOPLE SKILLS, MY SHIT DON'T STINK JOKE OF A MANAGER NEEDS TO GO! I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. GONNA TAKE MY BUSINESS TO UPS NOW... THEY'RE A CLASSIER COMPANY ANYWAY AND I SHOULD GET A MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OVER THERE. The customer service has been phenomenal—especially from Kenna, who truly deserves a raise. She went above and beyond, moving mountains to make it happen even when their printers were down. Absolute lifesavers!

When I went to this location to have a small parcel sent by overnight delivery, the attendant was on the computer and waited an inordinate amount of time to acknowledge my presence. Finally, she asked from across the room, “What do you want,” and directed me to come to her at a terminal far from the entrance. I was never greeted and treated in a perfunctory manner. I hope the service at this location improves to include courtesy for every customer who enters the establishment.
