THE SHORT, WHITE LADY WITH GLASSES WHO SAYS IS THE MANAGER COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHY I COULDN'T SHIP TO A PO BOX, WHEN I SHIPPED TO THE SAME ADDRESS THREE YEARS AND GOT CONFIRMATION THAT THEY RECEIVED IT, AND SHE HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE AND SAID "WELL, IT DIDN'T GET THERE". I WENT TO THIS PLACE MAYBE 15-20 TIMES BEFORE WITH ZERO PROBLEMS BUT NOT ANYMORE. THAT DISRESPECTFUL, NO PEOPLE SKILLS, MY SHIT DON'T STINK JOKE OF A MANAGER NEEDS TO GO! I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. GONNA TAKE MY BUSINESS TO UPS NOW... THEY'RE A CLASSIER COMPANY ANYWAY AND I SHOULD GET A MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OVER THERE.
