  As soon as I walked in at 4:45 PM, lady said to me “I have to wait 5 minutes, I am only the one here, I haven’t lunch.” Should have just closed the store during your lunch break.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about this print location! They’ve saved the day not once, but twice with last-minute adjustments for our company event. The customer service has been phenomenal—especially from Kenna, who truly deserves a raise. She went above and beyond, moving mountains to make it happen even when their printers were down. Absolute lifesavers!

  When the attendant, Randy, worked at this location, service was professional and affable. Since his departure, however, that professionalism has deteriorated. When I went to this location to have a small parcel sent by overnight delivery, the attendant was on the computer and waited an inordinate amount of time to acknowledge my presence. Finally, she asked from across the room, “What do you want,” and directed me to come to her at a terminal far from the entrance. I was never greeted and treated in a perfunctory manner. I hope the service at this location improves to include courtesy for every customer who enters the establishment.

  I was extremely satisfied with the help, patience, and care that I received from Gladys! I came to the store location because another FedEx location completely messed up my photo print order. Gladys was very patient with me and happy to help me correct their mistakes. I needed my photos for the next day, so it was crucial that I had everything correct. Gladys was very caring and accomplished what another location had 3 days to accomplish.

  Let's begin this Story. Because it's a tell, well worth telling... First Let's Give thanks to Ms. Carletta, the FedEx Queen 👑. She is a Queen 👑.... My story begins April 17th 2025. The place Memphis Tennessee.. My package has been on hold their. Until today. What I am saying is since April I have not been informed by any means. Email nor text nor by snail mail, at least rent a sky rider plane and advise me that I'm not receiving my purchase.. Not mad at all. Let me tell you Why. Ms.Carletta was my light at the end of the tunnel. Now let's be clear. I did everything possible to attend to my missing non-delivered package. I called the A.I. informed me to talk to a chatbot from the website. Did that. The ChatBot explained to open an account. That was accomplished. 2 of them actually. Whoa this story is all over the place. Let me focus. Ok. Back to the story. Every attempt since April 2025 was meet with disappointment. ALRIGHT.. let's fast forward to today.. came across a FedEx Store. Not just an ordinary FedEx Store. Ms. Carletta's store. She is truly a blessing sent from above. The customer service. The attention. The attitude.. one word. "ROYALTY" Ms. Carletta accomplished in 3 minutes, what I couldn't do in more than 3 months. Ms. Carletta put me in contact with the best people ( live, like in living persons) with Ms. Carletta and the ladies from this continent and the amazing assistance received from the international Lady. I found out why my package was "NOT" going to be deliverable. AGAIN. Ms. Carletta and her engagement to resolve my situation has confirmed my curiosity about my package taking so long to be delivered.. Actually finding out I will not receive my package. But all in all. The experience is positive. Because of Ms. Carletta... Thank you so much Ms Carletta.. Thank you FedEx and Thank her.. Ms. Carletta.. 😁
