In particular, Angie helped us out big time when the main Roanoke office refused our kids' passport appointment due to missing staff (no heads up, no apologies). We walked in not expecting to be helped, but Angie took care of the 2 applications (with photos) while managing the customer line with her co-worker. Top notch service from her, USPS is lucky to have staff like her.
