She said POSt Office never carried post cards which I had purchaseed at least 28 times before. She said " go to wallmart & buy postcards". I asked to speak with supervisor. He came. For the first ten minutes I had to describe to him what the product looked like. He remembered the product! and asked Dieu to get it. She told him that he was wrong that the product did not exist. She had such attitute with her supervisor in front of other customers which is totally unacceptable. She just left her place behind the counter, throw up her arms and left !! The supervisor asked me to please drive to Merrifeild Post office and buy them there& I left ! This is why people suggest to close the post offic and think of another idea to run it. - YMY MJul 28, 20254.0Read the comments really made me scared of this location. Went there today. The staffs were helpful. They know what they’re doing. No bad attitude or anything. Long wait but when it came to my turn I got an Asian lady helping me, things went pretty smoothly and fast. Supervisor didn’t come to help their staffs. Would definitely hate to have a leader like that. The staffs definitely deserve better management.
