They asked me to wait to help me and then at 8 o’clock they said they’re closed and they’re no longer able to help me. Never will come to this place again. Zero costumer service . My print would have taken only 3 minutes .

- DDDCinDCSep 28, 20251.0I’d give this FedEx zero stars if I could. I arrived at 8:07 a.m. on a Friday—along with several other customers—expecting an advertised 8 a.m. opening. Fifteen minutes later the doors were still locked, no staff in sight, and repeated phone calls went unanswered. Even a FedEx delivery truck was stuck outside waiting. This location serves people with time-sensitive needs—printing, shipping, deadlines—yet failed at the most basic expectation: being open when posted. I was left scrambling to find another option before a 9 a.m. meeting. Completely unacceptable. If reliability matters to you, choose a different FedEx location.
- ADAllyson DavollSep 18, 20251.0Store was not very busy, I was the only person in line however I was never greeted nor acknowledged or asked to wait , meanwhile the woman finished with a customer just walked away and only came back to the desk to help when another man entered the store and attempted to skip me in line going straight to the counter stating he was not waiting for me to go first. When she finally approached the desk she said “next in line as if she didn’t know I was next. She never greeted me politely or asked how she could help me, very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t conduct business here.
