  FedEx may have become too big and/or too old to care for customers. Weeks ago I attempted to ship an important package within the state for early morning delivery the next day. I was charged over $100 for this special package. The employee, however, did not know that this service was unavailable because I was in on a Sunday. Not only was the package not delivered the next morning, it didn't arrive until three days later. When I called to obtain a refund for the extra delivery charges the manager was impatient and unable to help. I contacted FedEx customer service on multiple occasions and each person was unable/unequipped to help. I was given a claim number, and after three weeks followed up on it, only to learn that the claim had been closed. I am still being promised resolution, but hope is fading. This giant of a company that once was so dependable seems incapable of caring for customers, either locally or at the national level. Fedex may end up being successful at taking my money because they are bigger than I am, but in the end they lost much more. I moved my personal and business shipping elsewhere and I will share my story here. Another large chain is nearby but so are local small companies who are seeking customers.

  Even one star is too much. I went there at 7:30 PM. They asked me to wait to help me and then at 8 o’clock they said they’re closed and they’re no longer able to help me. Never will come to this place again. Zero costumer service . My print would have taken only 3 minutes .

  I’d give this FedEx zero stars if I could. I arrived at 8:07 a.m. on a Friday—along with several other customers—expecting an advertised 8 a.m. opening. Fifteen minutes later the doors were still locked, no staff in sight, and repeated phone calls went unanswered. Even a FedEx delivery truck was stuck outside waiting. This location serves people with time-sensitive needs—printing, shipping, deadlines—yet failed at the most basic expectation: being open when posted. I was left scrambling to find another option before a 9 a.m. meeting. Completely unacceptable. If reliability matters to you, choose a different FedEx location.

  Store was not very busy, I was the only person in line however I was never greeted nor acknowledged or asked to wait , meanwhile the woman finished with a customer just walked away and only came back to the desk to help when another man entered the store and attempted to skip me in line going straight to the counter stating he was not waiting for me to go first. When she finally approached the desk she said “next in line as if she didn’t know I was next. She never greeted me politely or asked how she could help me, very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t conduct business here.
