Don't bother paying extra for expedited shipping on packages either because they will arrive in a timely manner, only for these employees to have a "we'll get to it whenever" attitude towards it. Today I got the comment that they would "TRY to get to it this afternoon" on a package that I paid for shipping to be sure to get it today and has been in their possession since 8AM. The recently retired postmaster could find your package in a heartbeat in such a situation and you'd be all set. This crew simply says "we'll try to find it" and go on about their business with no regard to it. All around terrible attitudes and no customer service whatsoever. My one star is a reluctant add, only because Google will not allow the review without at least one.

He checked his car, could not find it, and walked back up to the door. They had locked it for closing time so be knocked on the door. The woman shouted that they were closed. My husband said he understood but that he couldn't find his wallet and needed to ask a question. Another employee chimed in mocking my husband in an extremely rude way (the employee most likely didn't think that we could hear him). I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that we received today and I will be calling to complain. We visited on December 19th, at 4:45pm. Our drop off packages were prepaid and we were not there long.
