- NNNinnjetteJan 3, 20262.0Normally Verona does great, but I had to change my five-star to two stars. On Jan 3rd 2026 around 11:40 am they put my package in a completely different area in a completely different building. It would have been so easy for someone to steal it, very easy. How someone can get confused with the number 21, with 9 is beyond me. I think they just didn't feel like bringing it down here, because I noticed they didn't even come into my building and yes I have a camera in my hallway. I don't appreciate having to hunt down my package that if I didn't find it someone else could absolutely take it.

When asking the lady at the counter she became visibly annoyed and looked for a minute before saying it’s not here. I gave her the tracking number she said it was at the building but she didn’t know where and didn’t know what to tell me because she had other people in line.
