  For my order, I didn't care for color and asked for discount on replacement. They agreed to a 20% discount. When I gave my replacement order, they coldly rejected their offered discount. I explained no discount no purchase and the proof of their previous support rep written discount offer. They coldly ignored and rejected me.

  Horrible customer service and quality. I got some hats done here and they turned out incorrect because they couldn’t figure out the font sizes on their own hats. And I made things very simple basically ordering basic all black hats and wanted simple basic bold & large embroidery letters on the front and didn’t even have a specific font or style! I actually picked one of their biggest and boldest fonts on their websites and it still came out too small when they arrived on these hats but thankfully a girl named Emily helped me out and jumped into the email conversation and told me she was going to help me out, which she did. She returned my money which was the right thing to do because they goofed up. Anyways, because of her helping me out, I ended up going with 50 more hats because “she told me she was going to help me pick a big bold font and this time it would be be no more issues. Well, I ended up getting my 50 hats and the new font was MUCH smaller than the previous 20 hats!!! But, for some reason, they didn’t want work with me at all on these new 50 hats even though they goofed up on the 20. Now, I’m stuck with a bunch of hats with tiny white font on the front. All because ANOTHER 3rd employee jumped the conversation named Amanda (the bully) and made things extra difficult and took over the entire conversation and all she did was a sorry & offered me a measly 20% off discount which is peanuts, that’s just covering the tax that I paid!! I will never work with this company again and I recommend that you don’t either. They couldn’t even figure out basic fonts on top of their own hats. After creating it on their website my font was placed perfectly and much bigger in the pictures. They could’ve offered also to send me 1 sample hat and make sure it’s right before taking so much money from me & hoping that it’s right when it gets to my door after paying!!! I paid almost $1000 for these hats and it’s extremely frustrating. Bad quality, horrible customer service, extremely unprofessional and they obviously don’t know the gear that they are working with over there. I would’ve been happy if they would’ve redone these and/or given my money back for another (and worse) goof up but no, they had to stick it to me as hard as they could. Absolutely wrong!!!

  Ordered lots of shirts different types several times. One order for a few thousand dollars the color is coming off all the shirts. Sent in a complaint and they won’t cover it. Offered a $200 credit towards next order. Beware!!

  Horrible experience - simple hat embroidery logo that they redesigned into an abomination twice - canceled order Tried the order again because I wanted a certain type of hat - got the logo right but they changed one color which I requested to have it changed back (black to gray back to black) then they said they couldn’t do it without modifying the whole design again After, they tried to upsell me on expedited delivery even though they were the ones who delayed everything because they changed colors Canceled the order again- THE MOST frustrating experience I’ve ever had and they say “have a wonderful day” - not very sincere A small local company gave me the exact design I was looking for but didn’t have the hat type I wanted but I will stay local from now on
