Unfortunately, the man who works here can be quite rude and condescending, which brings down the overall experience. I hope management addresses this, as the location itself is convenient.
- ACAve CastilloJul 23, 20241.0The woman who answered the phone today was very rude. As I was trying to speak she constantly kept speaking over me so I am 100% sure she has no idea what I had said. It was very obvious that she was irritated and overwhelmed with whatever was going on prior to me speaking with her and she projected it on to me. Then she passed me over to someone else. A male I had spoken with the previous day. He was dismissive and said whatever I wanted to hear for me to get off the phone. How can you resolve an issue if there is nobody willing to listen to the problem? The employees here need to learn how to control their emotions and practice better customer service.
