Unfortunately, the man who works here can be quite rude and condescending, which brings down the overall experience. I hope management addresses this, as the location itself is convenient.

He makes you stand in front of the plastic barriers and will not provide service unless you conduct all of your business through it. No other post office still has these barriers up (clearly a Covid policy that has no functional purpose anymore), but this man seems to think it’s for some other purpose. Being difficult for the sake of being difficult is a sorry excuse for customer service.
- SLSunni Lewis-TalbertJun 27, 20251.0ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER For the last few months I have been placing ordered and almost every time I’m getting something saying that my package is too heavy when it isn’t and I have to go get it myself . Today this happened but they lied and said i requested it be kept at the facility which I did not but they came to deliver one solo item. When I asked the carrier if there was anything else she said no abruptly even though I had the tracking info . Later finding out they just failed to deliver. There was another time the manager used his personal car to deliver packages to my apartment complex and was knocking on all my neighbors doors to come get their packages out of his car it’s just extremely unprofessional
