- SBShelly Bennett-GalardoFeb 12, 20261.0Phoned into this office after package being left on the ground in the snow, and the box ended up being ruined on one side. My driveway and are in front of Mailbox was clear from Snow. When I called in, the lady sighed twice as if I was bothering her. And she hung up on me. I called back and same lady argued that she didn’t. I asked for the location Mgr, she explained that she was lifting heavy boxes and was out of breath. I was/am shocked with this service. Very disappointing. Do better, have a better training plan in place for customer service and delivery drivers.

I was floored, as I was just asking her to scan my QR code for an eBay package. How this woman is customer-facing is beyond me. I go to N. Tazewell to avoid Sheila.
