I never got her name but the older lady who works here with white & curly hair, is flat out rude. I had went to pick a package of mine up & realized I could not carry it back with me. I told her exactly that and said I would come back in my car later in the afternoon. She proceeded to laugh in my face & questioned, as to why I was walking. Almost as if she was making fun of me for it. The audacity is crazy. Over the span of the year that I lived near here, never had 1 decent experience. Packages won’t be in locker till a day later, even if posted delivered. Always behind, daily & clearly rude.
