We came in mid-morning on a Saturday. The lady who served me was patient and helpful. She gave clear instructions for mailing an overseas package and didn't rush me. I know the Post Office isn't perfect but it was a good experience and they got some good folks who are doing their best. No complaints from me.

It’s truly shocking that this is a federal organization. It’s the most unorganized entity I’ve ever encountered. My large box package was picked up by the mail carrier, who claimed to have scanned it in but never did. It’s been a month, and my tracking status still shows “pre-label created,” indicating no further updates. Seven days later, I visited the location, hoping to get some updates on my tracker app. However, they were completely unhelpful. They didn’t even try to assist me in resolving the issue. The carrier was nowhere to be found, and there was nothing they could do. It was a very unprofessional environment. Ironically, when I entered the establishment, I found another customer in front of me who shared the same concerns and she received the same response. This location can’t be trusted! Totally unacceptable! I canceled my business account and started using UPS, which has been the best service I’ve received so far. I would give 0 stars if I could!

Worst service ever. Dropped off a packet on Friday August 8th, 2025 at 2:33pm to ship and was rudely treated and yelled at by an employee. When she asked me to verify the address I was trying to do so but was constantly being rushed and rudely spoken to. There was not a single person in line at the time. When the service satisfactory survey came up, before I got the chance to even choose, the employee forcefully took over and pressed excellent for her own service. This is crazy and never seen before. If I can report her I would. She aggressively and rudely talked back when I kindly asked if I could take a quick picture of my packet. It was an easy yes or no question, however she has to say a bunch of stuff and made a face while saying no in the end. She also threw my packet.

I'm not sure why folks have given such poor reviews. Every time I go to the post office on N Main the are courteous and professional. I've never had a bad interaction are they overly friendly no, but if you had to ask the same three questions hundreds of times a day how would you be? Thank you for your support of our community.

Do not answer the phones. I made the 15 minute driver up to the location to ask a question about picking up my package early since it had arrived at the location and per USPS website you can pick it up early but was told that it wasn’t processed yet and had to wait for delivery wasted my time and fuel for no reason
