- STS. Tra.Apr 24, 20251.0Extremely unreliable mail delivery services. This facility has lied stating "No access to delivery location.", and this has happened numerous times alongside mixing up mail. My driveway has open access, and an easily accessible mailbox. If you see your mail go through this facility, expect disappointment and mild irritation, not your packages. Update as of 7/14/2025: I watched the USPS delivery truck drive right past my mailbox as I was outside, and when I checked to see the update status on my package again it shows "No access to the property." 4+ times now this has happened. My driveway is open, the mailbox is easily accessible, and I was literally outside and checked to verify for mail after the USPS driver moved on. No mail, just an update lying about having no access to the property. Pay the extra shipping for a different carrier if you know your mail comes through here, otherwise you might as well not order anything at all.

I ordered a package from eBay and it was delivered to this post office to get delivered to my house never seen this package. I tracked the package and it was supposed to be delivered to me Monday March 24 here it is Friday march 28 and I still haven’t seen a package yet every time I called them it’s always the next business day here it is going on a week and I still haven’t received my package. They had a new driver that didn’t know absolutely nothing about delivering packages and lost my package, they blame the seller who I’ve called and they confirmed that they shipped my package out $500 gone down the drain you guys have to do better!!!
