- NGNelly GurlOct 25, 20251.0Whoever the delivers mail and packages to My area is lazy and does not want to walk upstairs because it says my package was attempted to be delivered but front door or area was not accessible. This is not true. I just live on the second floor in our apartment complex and it was never an attempt made at the time they said it was because I was sitting outside and never seen a package delivery server come this is ridiculous.

People are just sitting out here in the line waiting on them for an hour. Patiently waiting until they finish their lunch. Be consistent and considerate of people time. This is horrible service. They do this because it’s the only Postal service in this area. This needs to be fixed ASAP please for the sake of the community.

- GHGavin HarastySep 17, 20251.0I would give this place -5 stars if I could. They are never here when I come. They open late and close early and always seem to be on break mid day. It’s 2:38 PM as I type this and the building is closed with a “will return at 2pm” sign on the door. Multiple customers have come to the door only to be disappointed that they are not even open during their tiny 6 hour window of being “open”. They are literally open for maybe four hours in the day. Not sure who runs this place, but I would advise anybody and everybody to not come here. Super unprofessional and frankly unacceptable as a USPS provider.
