- THTanya HardeeJan 5, 20261.0This PO is hit or miss if they're actually open for the abbreviated hours they have posted. They often deliver mail to an incorrect address, or lose items entirely. That has been ongoing for many years! I recently found a 'delivered' package 1/4 mile down the road from my mailbox in the drainage ditch. Another recent delivery had an item damaged for the driver cramming a padded mailer into my small mailbox, tearing the package and gouging the new motorcycle face shield that was inside. Those aren't cheap! It was wedged in so tight that I almost pulled the mailbox door off trying to un-wedge the package from the mailbox. Seriously- just leave a package at my door if it's that big compared to the mailbox. Their office hours require time off from work to pick up mail after a hold, or to send anything important out. If it weren't for the mail hold at my address for two weeks, I would have gone to the Churchland PO. At least their staff is generally friendly, and they observe normal, consistent hours.

I know this because the sticker that was supposed to seal the back was broken. I feel this place is very dishonest. Very disappointing.

- JMJ MNov 29, 20252.0So i went into this post office today to do a return. The desk clerk didnt even ask me how my day was. He said, you need to tape that up.... o.k. well then i was going to see if yall had alittle tape to tape it up. Then i showed him the QR code to send it.. He was like thats not it, he said you will need to print it out. Bunch of overpaid people that dont know what there looking at. So, i didnt feel like waisting my breath and i left. I will try again on monday and hopefully this person wont be there. Thanks for the little bit of tape and the crappy customer service. Oh and the fact you dont k ow what your looking at.
