  Excellent customer service! I was greeted by all employees and ended up having two of them help me. I had made a mistake with one of my items return locations. They instructed me on how to switch it and even helped me through the process. I am making this my go to store.

  I witness and a member of the military mistreated by an individual who appeared to be a manger of some kind wearing a long lace front wig, long sleeves,blue jacket. The individual provided assistance and waited on everyone present. Not assisting the military member at the counter, everyone was waited on in the store and they was the last ones and they was next at the counter and was called to walk up. All they needed was to mail off a package that’s it. the man engaged in a conversation with his wife regarding the need to mail certain items. Subsequently, the manger continued to walk past the wife without acknowledging her presence or offering an apology. It is imperative that military personnel and their families be treated with respect. This incident is deeply concerning and evokes a sense of disgust. Why are you trying to fight someone’s wife that’s talking to her husband and not anyone else. And it’s not like she was rude.

  Walked into the store, greeted the employee standing at the desk. Employee looked at me and completely ignored me. She stood there and was speaking to another employee, seemingly about work matters but still continued to ignore my presence. I stood at her register, 2 feet in front of her and she never acknowledged that I was standing there. After a few minutes I decided to just do the self check out for returns as I was obviously not getting any help from the three employees standing there. For your own sake, just acknowledge your customers. That’s all it takes. Completely ignoring one is just lazy and unkind. I feel bad for the person paying these people’s wages. What as waste of money.

  Today I needed a form printed and my item shipped. The store had a long line wrapped around the entire store once. The young man attempted to assist me but he was multitasking and advised the young lady Demya to help and excused himself. Demya you absolutely did a phenomenal job! You assistanced with my paperwork and when you needed to excuse yourself you communicated as well as the other customers in line. Both associates did a phenomenal job assisting each customer, giving specific care to each customer based on their circumstances, and she and the young man managed the store very well. Neither associate had an attitude! They were friendly, kind, professional, and personable. Thanks again Demya and the young man that also assisted (I wasn't able to see his name tag)! You are both superstars!

  Excellent service. Crystal was very helpful. I was able to get a PDF printed to include in my package and reasonable shipping price. Also, thank you for taping the box!
