**. BE CAREFUL HAVING PACKAGES DELIVERED OR HELD AT THIS LOCATION!!! I ordered a two brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max from T mobile and had them delivered to this store to safely hold for me til I could pick them up because Tmobile requires a signature & was not able to be home when they were delivering them. So.....I paid an EXTRA FEE for UPS to NOT HAVE TO DELIVER THEM TO ME & Just hold them til I could get there. two days later my UPS app informs me that my package has arrived and is awaiting pick up. Later that afternoon on my drive home I stopped by to pick up my package only to have every employee in the store look at me like I Had a third eyeball telling me "aint no package here for you". Upon asking to doublecheck because my app says it is here... I got attitude and a 15 second trip to the back room and back to say "nope it ain't here" no offer to help with the situation or to try to figure it out or anything. I go home and call UPS customer service only to get someone who spoke with such a strong accent I couldn't understand hardly a word they were saying but I think I made out "your package is at the store" even though I informed them that it was not Or at least I was told it was not… they repeated that It was. The next day I call back to UPS that afternoon and actually got someone who kind of tried to help and they told me that the package had arrived when it said it did and that someone named Sonja Had signed for it.... But that they still did not have the package and did not know where it was and had no way to help me. Just told me to keep waiting and hopefully it would arrive. I asked if there was anyway someone may have stolen it from there and was informed that they have cameras but they were not able to check them. I waited another couple of days and called back just to check to see if the package was there and I told them I was calling about a package that was supposed to be delivered there for me and before I could even tell them who I was I was told "your package ain't here". At this point I tried to go on the website and make a claim and I was told that I could not make a claim for the missing package so I called customer support. He said they are not responsible even though they signed for the package. And that I would have to deal with it through T-Mobile. So I told the UPS representative that I had paid extra money for them to hold my package there safely until I got there that I felt like I deserved at least a refund of my fee that I paid. They informed me that I would not be getting that back. At this point I had spent hours Over four days on the phone and driving back-and-forth with UPS to try to figure out what's going on with this package Then had to go back to T-Mobile where I had to spend another two hours To get this somewhat straightened out. they had never had a situation where the UPS worker had signed for the package and felt that at that point it was their responsibility and they also told me that they constantly have phones going missing through UPS and that they get stolen all the time… Sometimes even delivering an empty box that has been cut open and re-taped. So my warning to you is to not use UPS And especially not this location to deliver a package or especially not hold a package of any type of value. You have been WARNED!!!

This store is so helpful. They help cut down boxes so as not to waste materials which is so good for the environment but also so helpful to me. They tape my boxes if needed and are so kind and helpful!
