And what really ticked me off was I ordered a dog house and warming mat for my dog because it had started getting into the 20's at night, and they delivered the house but didn't the mat because they forgot about it and said it couldnt be delivered and was at the post office waiting pickup. And frankly, I ddon't appreciate it because my dog had to go all weekend without something warm to lay on. And this has actually happened more than once in the 2 months we've lived here.
