- EEElizabeth Edwards2 days ago5.0i went to school with Wendy, so friendly. quick service. thank you. i went to middle school at SDMS, miss the area. living in Lexington, va. great folks around here. i will say that the lunch schedule is a bit different ... check the schedule if you are not familiar, i was passing through 2 other visits to this day and they missed out on multiple customers, i get that folks need lunch but the USPS is hurting for customers i would think? but i know Lexington, va has multiple people during lunch hours. wish more PO could do that as well .. feel for you guys missing out on the doe. just saying. money cost. $$

I was in tears, and Sam went above and beyond to help me track it down until we finally found it. Huge shoutout to Susan as well, who even took the extra step to text my fiancé to let him know she had located our package and would make sure it got to us. Both of these women truly saved the day and showed me such genuine, unconditional compassion. I honestly can’t give this post office a better review. Thank you so much to the entire team—you made a very stressful day so much better.

And what really ticked me off was I ordered a dog house and warming mat for my dog because it had started getting into the 20's at night, and they delivered the house but didn't the mat because they forgot about it and said it couldnt be delivered and was at the post office waiting pickup. And frankly, I ddon't appreciate it because my dog had to go all weekend without something warm to lay on. And this has actually happened more than once in the 2 months we've lived here.
