RXO’s service has been nothing short of awful. I’m reviewing both local hubs because I’m not sure which handled my delivery, but this is based on my experience after buying a dishwasher from LG, who unfortunately uses RXO for deliveries and installations. The negative reviews you see about them are absolutely valid. The initial delivery went fine and the installers arrived on time. However, they incorrectly installed the dishwasher drain, which we discovered the next morning when an error code appeared. RXO quickly scheduled a service call for Monday, March 9th between 9am–1pm. But the window was later changed to 3:15–5pm. No issue—someone was home all day. Then, after 5pm, I received a notification claiming the technician couldn’t complete the service because “no one was home or business is closed.” That was a blatant lie. My security cameras show no one ever came. The technician even left a voicemail saying he didn’t know if we would “still be open,” despite the fact that RXO had already delivered to this clearly residential address. He called at 4:11 pm saying his GPS said he would be here in an hour. It was obvious he just didn’t want to show up. Calling RXO was another headache—nearly everything is handled by AI, and it takes about 30 minutes to reach an actual person. Then I was told the next available service date was Saturday the 14th, meaning we had to deal with a non-functioning dishwasher for five more days because of their mistake. To make matters worse, the issue was simple: the installers never knocked out the plug in the garbage disposal’s dishwasher port. Our original dishwasher drained into the sink, but the new one had a larger hose and required draining into the disposal. The technicians failed to remove the plug, making it impossible for water to drain. A five‑minute fix they should have handled—not me—especially because doing the repair myself could void future warranty coverage. Ultimately, I ended up doing it myself because I didn’t want to wait all that time without a functional dishwasher. (See the attached pictures showing the new connection to the disposal, the plug that they failed to remove, the old drain hose that they cut and left open, and the sorry excuse for not showing up.) In my opinion, RXO should not be in business. They cut corners, avoid responsibility, and do not care about customers, their time, or doing the job correctly. Their sorry reply to all the other negative reviews like, “sorry for the inconvenience. We’ve contacted the service hub to resolve your issue” responses mean nothing. I’ll probably get a similar response to my review. There’s more weight to a feather than those empty promises. Companies that operate like this shouldn’t continue to get contracts with major brands. Save yourself the headache. Avoid RXO and any company that uses them. You’d get better service hiring a random person off the street.

Our LG dishwasher was supposed to be brought and installed. The guy that came wouldn’t do it saying we had to change some plumbing. We changed it, now RXO isn’t sending anyone to install the dishwasher or haul away. We’ve called them five times and it’s been a week and it’s always the same “we sent an email,” or “we are going to call you back,” script from their call centers and nothing gets done. Downright scammy, we might as well just return the dishwasher because of the contracted delivery service and buy it again at this point

RCO logistics received an Amazon order of mine on January 6th. Scheduled delivery was for January 8. I received a phone call on January 7 that it had to be rescheduled. I received no other communication from them until I called them on. January 19. When I put in my order number, the automated message said that it was to be delivered on January 19 and that I would receive a phone call the night before to verify timing. I had never received a phone call from them and it obviously did not arrive on January 19 when I finally spoke with someone they said that they would contact the manager at the location to get back with me. On January 21, I called again and they said they would contact the manager from the location to get back with me. On January 22, they let me know that it would be delivered today January 24. At about 10 AM today I received a call that they would not be delivering the item because it was severely damaged by the Amazon delivery company when it arrived at their warehouse. So it was at their warehouse for 18 days before they realized it was severely damaged. I then received a phone call at 3 PM that they were rescheduling my delivery for January 29. The representative first told me that they had received the item several times from Amazon severely damaged. That was the reason it had been rescheduled several times I asked him to confirm the first time that they received the item severely damaged and he told me January 24. That is today. But he also told me they had a replacement item already in their warehouse that would be delivered in four days. I’m not sure if they were just lying about the item being damaged and just couldn’t get it on the truck to be delivered again or if they were lying about when they realized it was damaged. Either way they have been the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had in my life. UPDATE: Upon speaking with Amazon, they had never been contacted by RXO about my product being damaged and there was never a request to replace it. Their representatives lied over and over again. I let them know that I was recording the conversations and they still continued to lie. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

I am very pleased with the delivery and installation of my new gas range. Jose did an outstanding job and he kept me informed as to what he was doing and how to use the range for the first time. All the burners were adjusted and the delivery and set up was quick, careful, and professional. Five thumbs up on this service.
