I posted my 2024 Virginia state tax documents in April before tax season ended, at this branch but it never got delivered. This branch denied me filing my 2024 tax not because I didn't file but because they didn't send it to IRS. People beware! Use Reston post office instead even if you live in sterling.

One lady walked away from my mother, refusing to help, and they lost my package with sensitive info. Employees get frustrated, blame customers, and show zero resolution skills. Managers need investigation; this facility’s poor communication and unacceptable attitude toward taxpayers and customers demands a serious overhaul.
