I went in to fax 22 pages, and not only did they fail to send all of them, but they still charged me as if everything was done correctly. Basically, I paid for a service that wasn’t even completed. This is unacceptable and feels like being charged for no reason. Their system is unreliable, and I can’t trust them for important tasks like this. Definitely not using FedEx again for faxing or any other service.
