  Disappointing service. Employees and supervisor acted like helping customers was a burden, very poor attitude, and unhelpful supervision. Needs serious improvement.

  Very poor customer service. The employee Daniel was dismissive, and the supervisor Mina was just as unhelpful. Felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. They seem that they rather send you home without getting the service that you need.

  Went to this FEDEX Office to get a digital photo for my passport renewal. The two staff members who helped me were friendly, promptly took care of my request, and provided very good guidance regarding the optimized digital photo. Their service was timely and the photo was readily accepted during my online passport renewal process.

  Absolutely awful. I sent a print job with 2.5 hours notice and very easy specific directions. It was literally two documents black and white printout nothing crazy. When I arrived they had not even checked their online print job inbox and the lady who was very condescending to me and other customers in line before and after me said she would check but I needed to allow more time for online orders. You need more than 3 hours notice to print an attachment in black and white? Then she proceeded to NOT actually go check on if my job was in the inbox and kept taking other customers for 15+ minutes. Not only was I in line before those people, but also I sent my job almost 3 hours in advance! Finally, a different worker (Marci) asked to help me and explained to me that they were unable to access my files because they aren't allowed to click download links and everything has to be attached. Why did no one call and tell me this earlier? She then told me never to use the listed FedEx email that's online for the store and just by using that email it's 4x the cost for printing. She gave me a different email to use, to send and print myself to a different machine. OK, fine, so I do. But then it takes their server forever to receive the emails. It took me 30+ minutes to print 5 pages! Marci was VERY helpful though at guiding me through everything eventually.

  I've used FedEx services for the past 6 years for work, sending packages about 1-2 times weekly. Every location I've stopped by has had friendly and helpful employees. However, the handful of times I've used this particular location, I've had the worst service. If you just want to drop off a package without needing to speak to a staff member, then this location might be fine. But if you need actual staff service, I don't recommend coming here. The staff here are rude and always seem too busy to help customers.
