  Horribly horrible service. Irresponsible people , they don’t deliver parcels and claim they have. DHL use to have a good service but now is a big mistake to use their service

  Wow, what a GREAT experience! After driving an hour to get to the DHL office in Sterling, we met the nicest and most efficient employee named Nathan. He came out with a smile and was very helpful with the instructions for filling out the information so our legal envelope could be mailed to our daughter in Egypt. It took less than ten minutes to complete our transaction, and we left the office feeling as though our package would arrive safely and on time. Thanks, Nathan - we hope they value you at DHL as much as we did to get our document mailed safely and efficiently!😊😊😊

  Nathan was very helpful and was respectful in helping me get an order sent out. It was the first time and he was very patient with me. DHL is not as difficult as I thought it might've been! (Although it is super expensive haha)
