Myra immediately took control of the situation and requested additional help up front. She kept apologizing to those of us in line but I really didn’t mind at all because she was doing everything she could. Once she got the computers back up, she was helping multiple people and directing other staff on how to help also. She was proactive and we all noticed. She certainly impressed me! Honestly, every time I visit this location it’s a great experience. Great job to the Myra and the rest of the staff!
