- RDREALTOR Catherine DeMayOct 23, 20255.0I am so impressed with the staff at the Stephens City location. While I was there, the computers went down. Myra immediately took control of the situation and requested additional help up front. She kept apologizing to those of us in line but I really didn’t mind at all because she was doing everything she could. Once she got the computers back up, she was helping multiple people and directing other staff on how to help also. She was proactive and we all noticed. She certainly impressed me! Honestly, every time I visit this location it’s a great experience. Great job to the Myra and the rest of the staff!

After going through, I think 15 options, not one asked if you want to speak with an agent. Then, "would like us to call you back in about an hour, if not remain on the line". Next, "You're expected wait time is over an hour". What? Why the H... didn't you tell me that before I decided to wait? Now, there isn't any other editing prompts. I am stuck. So, I hang up.
