- HCHannah CApr 1, 20261.0Today, April 1st 2026. I go in at 6: 20pm to get a return done. Way in advance before closing time. I go to the Happy refund area and this girl with glasses and dark hair asked me, while huffing, "Is this going to be quick?" Then she asked if she could help me and if it was going to be quick again... I asked her if they were closing soon and she said no, she just has a lot to do. Then complained to whoever was in the back about the scanner not working. When the refund was finally done I told her sorry for wasting her time and being such an inconvenience. She said nothing. Just wow... Other than that!! This staples is great and so are the employees.

Then the young girl told me to email my paper , I told her I didn’t know how and she just laughed and said you don’t know how. I told her us old people don’t know like they do. Then she acted like she didn’t want to help. The young people has got to stop treating old elders like that. That’s what is wrong with the world now!!!
