Imagine having a state job with such decent pay and you cant even deliver mail to the correct house with easily visible numbers. How ridiculous. I as a delivery driver, can get someone's house correctly on the first try and I make significantly less. Crazy work. Yall have got to DO BETTER. This goes for ALL postal companies. (although yes, some of you residents NEED to have better numbers on your homes that are easily readable somewhere.)

- BBBart ButlerNov 17, 20251.0They "delivered" a package "in/at my mailbox" but nothing was there in it. I live where there's cluster style mailboxes with a key for each one. So they either mis delivered it or never delivered it. I would hope whoever got my package would bring it to me but it's been a few days and nothing. The one star review is because whoever delivers here is incompetent or just flat out doesn't care. I receive other people's mail on a regular basis, luckily I am able to stick that mail in the return slot to get it to the correct place in time. With packages not so much, the only way to get my package now is if whoever it was delivered to returns it to the post office or they find me. It shouldn't be left up to my neighborhood to deliver mail to the correct place. I have put in a couple of complaints of my packages not being delivered "because no one was home" when I've been home all day on Monday (my day off) to which nothing has been done to correct the issue. Same driver, same lack of care for their job.
