Tell me why you take a phone call when there is a line out the door and proceed to help the person on the other end before those that were waiting in line. Literally he took over 4 mins with the customer on the phone. I have yet to meet a friendly associates at this location.

It was Tuesday and I went in the store just before 2 p.m. My grandsons are 5 and 7 so I wanted them to each get a package of their own. I went in and explained what I wanted and showed them what I needed packed--enter Brad. Brad is super. I divided up everything and that included everything from Spiderman sunglasses, beach towels, 2 floats a piece, books, coloring books and a couple of other items including American flags. The only thing missing were the doughnuts one grandson wanted which will be sent another day. Brad, packed each box separately, had me double check the items to go in each box and sign off on the items. He was so nice and personable. Really everyone in the store that I interacted with were very friendly to all the customers. Not only did we get everything done but I was guaranteed 2 day delivery so it would get there by the 4th of July. The post office can't guarantee that as they can't even deliver our mail on time and it often costs more to mail at the post office for large boxes. Had my tracking numbers on Tuesday and checked on Thursday and lo and behold, my packages were delivered at 3:54 p.m. with the notation that they were given to the homeowner in the driveway. I checked with my son and he was out doing something in the driveway and the UPS delivery driver handed them to him. Great job, folks. I will definitely send the birthday packages that way.
