    Becky and Rocky in the printing department were really awesome!! The printers at my normal staples broke and I called this one and they handled my order super fast and were so kind! Really awesome service!

    I was very satisfied with the selection and prices of the laptop I needed during the Black Friday Sale. The new manager Rocky was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about technology and understood what I was trying to accomplish. They also had the ink and headset I needed. He helped lead me to products within my budget. I left satisfied with everything I needed.

    I have been using this location for months for my Amazon returns. My last return of an small flashlight, that I had not opened. Just returned because I have one already. Ended up not making it to the seller. It was returned with an empty box. How that happened I don't know. I returned the item unopened. Granted it's only $15. But I will not use this store, or Staples returns for Amazon ever again.
