- JPJulian PottsMar 24, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at USPS. Demarcus was extremely unprofessional and acted very childish throughout the interaction. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, he was dismissive, impatient, and seemed more interested in arguing than helping. Customer service like this is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire location. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there’s no one above me, we cannot assist and have a good day. If I could give a 0 star I would.

However, he completed that appointment before me and still refused to assist me afterward. . I came during the available walk-in hours and should have received assistance. The employee did not make any effort to help and dismissed my request for service. Additionally, this is not the first time customers have experienced poor service at this location. It would be helpful if management could review the conduct of the employees working at this office, as the service at this location is often handled in this manner. I respectfully request that this situation be reviewed and that steps be taken to ensure customers receive proper assistance when they arrive during the designated service hours.

- JBJohn BrownJan 31, 20261.0This is truly disgraceful, unprofessional and lazy. I was Waiting for a very important package, and I argued with the sender that it was never delivered. I checked my camera footage and look what I discovered. The postman just simply throwing it on the ground.
