  Not friendly not helpful will not ever recommend or use this facility again. I purchased a tiny tricycle they notified me it arrived i came the next day to pick it up and was told they sent it back because I did not come yesterday when they notified me to pick it up and it was bulky and in their way. I could not leave work and pick it up the same day I have a job and they are closed by the time I get done. So i came the very next day. Horrible service!

  The customer service is great, friendly, and gets the job done quickly. I have never had to wait in line. Great job to all.

  The UPS Store at 11 Hope Rd. in Stafford is a wonderful place to get stuff done. This time, I used their shredding service for the first time and it was only $1.49/lb. We even saved $8.27 for being an AARP Member. Not bad at all. I usually go for them to pkg my shipments since they keep addresses on file.

  The most important is the staff’s good customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Prompt and always helpful and patient. Store is always clean.

  Everyone in the center is always helpful and happy. They even remember me most of the time by face. I'm not there that often, but always in and out quickly without issues. Thanks so much..
