It’s laid-back but efficient so you still in and out. It’s a whole vibe and all the staff have dreadlocks or natural hair. Well, for real, I usually have to go to the post office at least monthly because I’m old-school and I still like to get certain pieces of mail certified with a signature and I return a lot of Shein packages 😂😂😂

But thats not it, when she saw me struggling with my other passport applications that needed to be sent out, she quickly offered to help. She was a god sent. We need more devoted people like her! They are simply the worst and their staff reflects this from their energy to their attitude, tone and behavior. What makes this even worst is the fact someone of a director status per se at USPS will continue to read these negative reviews and unfortunately keep it moving. They simply DO NOT care! They are rude and deliver packages late, often times putting mail in the wrong mail lockers. They expect you to accept their mistakes not once, not twice, but ALL the time. They have the gull then to proceed and tell you how you are inconveniencing them and politely hang up on you. This is the new REALITY and it’s a nightmare. It’s sad and unfortunate we as a society need to accept sub standard assistance from spoiled, unappreciative and ungrateful employee who finds themselves with a job but prob prefers to live in mom and dad’s home on government assistance. 🎤
