- ZRzamira rodriguezOct 15, 20255.0I had made an order at Walmart to print and laminate signs for my vending machine business. Their machine was down and they never informed me. I had already scheduled my drop off route for next day so these signs had to be ready TODAY!!!! I walked into Staples a little stressed out. The gentleman at the printing station was extremely kind and hardworking as he was helping multiple customers at a time. I printed my signs out at self at self service machines and he laminated everything for me right then and there!!!! Thank you Staples and thank you Matt!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke with her on the phone first and then when I came in she was able to help finalize everything for me and get it done exactly as I needed it in the time frame I had. It was my first time ever using Staples print services, but if all of your associates are as professional and helpful as she was, I will absolutely be back.

For real...stop advertising that you do "ups" drop offs with QR codes. When Amazon is giving the address that leads to your store and I get told that I have to drive 20min out of the way to go to another place because...shocker...staples cant do it. For real just go away staples.
