- TNTamim Nawabi5 days ago1.0I visited this FedEx location and asked to speak with a manager regarding an issue. The employee on duty, shown in the video, refused to provide any contact information for the manager, which is against store policy. I also requested her name, but she did not provide it. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and transparency from the staff. I hope FedEx addresses this situation to ensure better customer service in the future.

Their exceptional customer service is unmatched. Trust me I've been to several in the area and they are the best. Ive even driven.past other places to drop my documents just to make it to this location.
