Easy to access. Helpful staff. Even when the line gets long it moves quickly.

This company is awful, please don’t you use this company to send important documents, I paid express delivery to Colombia, they told me my package will be there 10 or 15 days and now it’s 1 month and my legal document doesn’t appear, I don’t know where is my document, that document is very important and it needs urgent, so I call them and they don’t know where is my document. Very incompetent service. The workers don’t know nothing about my legal document

Took a certain package there (I have sent many packages through there). One of the blonde lady's gave me attitude, because TO and FROM is reversed. I have sent many packages like this with no problems and the witch denied my package. So I nicely asked for paper and pen to make the appropriate changes. And the dam witch said "we don't have any". A postal office with no paper and pens. I'll just use fedex and ups for now. Poor service and quality.
