Very incompetent service. The workers don’t know nothing about my legal document

I have sent many packages like this with no problems and the witch denied my package. So I nicely asked for paper and pen to make the appropriate changes. And the dam witch said "we don't have any". A postal office with no paper and pens. I'll just use fedex and ups for now. Poor service and quality.
