This company is awful, please don’t you use this company to send important documents, I paid express delivery to Colombia, they told me my package will be there 10 or 15 days and now it’s 1 month and my legal document doesn’t appear, I don’t know where is my document, that document is very important and it needs urgent, so I call them and they don’t know where is my document. Very incompetent service. The workers don’t know nothing about my legal document

Don’t even waste your time trying to go get your passport done there. I had an appointment and when I arrived they let me know I needed two additional original docs when I only had copies. They had a later appointment and I came back with the docs. I asked her specifically before I left the first time to check and make sure I had everything else I needed. She said yep I was good to go. I come back and she then lets me know I need an additional document since I have a name change. I told her during my first attempt that I was married and had a different name. She wasted two hours of my time that I had to take off work and now I still have to take off further to get this handled. Don’t waste your to me and go to an agency
