- LGLuisa Fernanda GomezOct 31, 20251.0This company is awful, please don’t you use this company to send important documents, I paid express delivery to Colombia, they told me my package will be there 10 or 15 days and now it’s 1 month and my legal document doesn’t appear, I don’t know where is my document, that document is very important and it needs urgent, so I call them and they don’t know where is my document. Very incompetent service. The workers don’t know nothing about my legal document

I had an appointment and when I arrived they let me know I needed two additional original docs when I only had copies. They had a later appointment and I came back with the docs. I asked her specifically before I left the first time to check and make sure I had everything else I needed. She said yep I was good to go. I come back and she then lets me know I need an additional document since I have a name change. I told her during my first attempt that I was married and had a different name. She wasted two hours of my time that I had to take off work and now I still have to take off further to get this handled. Don’t waste your to me and go to an agency
