Amazing customer service! I called close to closing time and they offered to stay open a little longer so that I could drop my shipment off today. So very kind when they didn’t need to be! Also I’m so glad to have a location closer to home.

So happy to have a closer location as an option. On my first discovery, the salespeople were very welcoming, polite and efficient. As a former long time store manager, my bar is high for customer service and they have exceeded my expectations in every way.

Unfortunately, I used this store to pack and ship framed artwork. When it arrived the glass was totally busted. The first picture shows what an extra charge of $55 for "special handling" bought me. One lousy piece of bubble wrap not even secured around the art. The second picture shows the busted glass which also scratched the poster. This fiasco cost $308 and 2 hours of my time. Expensive Epic Fail. Wish I had used Fed Ex to say the least.

Thank you UPS for your automated response turns out it wasn't helpful. I had returned to the Springfield store to see Rajin the owner because he had assured me that a claim had been submitted. But of course not under the right tracking number and no claim had been submitted.
I am in the process of submitting a claim but first I have to create an account and then I will only get a third of my money back. Rajin forgot to ask me if I wanted insurance and I forgot to get it.
Naturally UPS is fully automated so no you can't speak with a helpful customer service person.
This has been a throughly disappointing and costly experience. Good thing there are so many other options to choose from because UPS is the worst shipper.
