The one in Springfield is well stocked with a good selection. It also has a printing center, which I consider to be a big plus. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to get an employee's assistance when purchasing merchandise. This is not the workers' fault -- the store seems a bit understaffed.

One of the stations only needs a toner adjusted, yet the staff says they cant troubleshoot it. I ask if i can print on the computer, and was informed yes. But when i ask how to go about it, I receive no assistance. Im being spoken to from 25ft away and simply being repeated i can "print" from the computer but not actually being assisted. Mind you. The computer charges by the minute for use, even if its just to print a job, so im out $3, never got around to pri ting my document because there was no customer service, and had to get back in line to use the one copy machine they had servicable. Even if i needed an emergency document printed, i would never ever come back to this establishment.
