I am sorry I have to even give it 1 star. I have a PO Box at the Spout Spring VA location. I can't check my mail everyday. My mail is crammed so tight in the box I can't get it out. The employee was in the office 1 day & I had to ask her to remove some of the mail so I could get it out. She took some out & snapped at me. I ask her to please stop cramming the mail in the box, she mumbled something & when I ask her what she said she totally ignored me & walked away. There was another person there to get her mail & she agreed with me. I have had so much mail ruined because of the poor & lazy service at this location. Mail that is marked do not bend/fold, including documents & photos, have had to be trashed. They have big boxes for packages & large amounts of mail. The former employee would put my mail in a package box when my PO box got full. Packages have been opened & completely destroyed. She said I could make a complaint, but the complaint just came to her. Hours are 7am-11am & 12pm-2pm, so it is hard to catch anyone there. I suggest anyone that is moving to the area & need a PO box, get it in Appomattox.
